Call for Presentations
The Florida Association of State and Federal Education Program Administrators (FASFEPA) invites you to submit a presentation proposal for the Fall Forum at the Rosen Centre in Orlando September 9 – 11, 2025.
We are seeking presentation proposals for sessions that will assist your colleagues across the state in administering, implementing, and monitoring federal programs. Topics can be related to anything that helps propel our work forward, improves efficiencies, organizes our time, breaks down complicated tasks, etc. The practitioner-led sessions will complement the sessions presented by the Florida Department of Education and typical conference presenters (The Bruman Group and AASA) and can be pre-conference sessions (approximately 90 minutes), general sessions (approximately 75 minutes), or break-out sessions (approximately 60 minutes).
The FASFEPA Board will evaluate all proposed presentations submitted for the conference in early July. The information that you include in your submission will be used by the reviewers to understand your presentation and what the proposed session will offer attendees. The FASFEPA Board is offering complimentary conference registration for one presenter of each selected session.
To submit proposals for consideration, please complete FASFEPA Forum Presentation Proposal Form no later than June 30, 2025.
Below is the information that will be collected in the form.
• Session Title: The title of the presentation.
• Session Description: A brief overview and explanation of the session.
• Session Type: Intended session type: pre-conference, general session, break-out session.
• Session Leaders and Presenters: The name, title, district or organization, and contact information for the presenter and any co-presenters.
• Target Audience: Program administrators (e.g., Title II) that would benefit most from the session.
• Session Format: Format of the session: informational or interactive.

Registration & Payment

- Cost: $475 per attendee (includes membership to FASFEPA and NAFEPA for 2025-2026)
- All registrations close on August 18th.
- Refunds available until August 18th.
Hotel Accommodations
The block of rooms at the Rosen Centre (9840 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) can be reserved for $139/night. This FASFEPA block rate is available until August 18, 2025, or until the block is full – whichever occurs first. Room cancellations with refund are available if the request is submitted to the Rosen Centre at least five days prior to arrival.
