Important Hotel Information:
The room block is reserved until August 28, 2026. The room must be pre-paid if a card not in the attendee's name is used. Email Melissa Gordon ([email protected]) as soon as possible after making the reservations through the weblink. She will need the confirmation number to calculate the payment amount and ensure it is applied to the correct guest reservation.
For tax exemption, include the respective tax exemption certificates along with a completed attestation form to exempt the taxes BEFORE the Sertifi link to prepay is sent.
Their accounting department will note the pre-payments in the guest reservation so there are no challenges at check-in. The individual guest must still provide a personal credit card for the $100 per night incidental authorization hold upon check-in.
