The primary focus of the 2024 Fall Technical Assistance Forum is to provide opportunities to:
  • Collaborate with LEA peers on implementing programs contained in ESSA, including program implementation, the use of resources, effective strategies, budget development, monitoring, etc.
  • Collaborate with LEA peers on the use of ESSER resources, administering and closing out the ESSER funds.
  • Receive technical assistance from the Florida Department of Education.
  • Learn about legislative and regulatory changes relevant to federal education programs.
  • The block of rooms at the Rosen Centre (9840 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819) are reserved with a cost of $130/night.
  • This FASFEPA block rate is available until August 21, 2023, or until the block is full – whichever occurs first.
  • Room cancellations with refund are available if the request is submitted to the Rosen Centre at least five days prior to arrival.
  • The FASFEPA block rate is available 3 days pre and post the Forum dates based on availability.
  • Self-parking for registered overnight guests is at a 50% discounted prevailing rate, at $14/night.
  • Self-parking for those driving in each day will be $14/day.
