Arrival - unloading and setup
​
  • Please review the vendor load in map that shows where the ground level roll-up door is that leads from the parking lot directly into the convention center service hallway. The FASFEPA diagram shows the vendor load in route marked in red and with arrows for reference.
  • Vendors are not permitted to load in through any main convention center doors and must utilize the location shown on the diagram.
  • The vendor load in time is scheduled for Monday, March 31 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
  • Sponsor set-up in the Executive Ballroom will begin Monday, March 31, 2025, at 3:00 pm.
  • Sponsors will receive their table locations upon check-in for sponsor set-up. Please do not set up until you have confirmed your table location, or you may be asked to relocate. 

​Electricity Needs
  • The blank ballroom diagram shows the locations of all floor electrical outlets.
  • To order electricity at the vendor booth, a request needs to be submitted to Power Source, the provider for electrical services. Vendors will submit payment to Adam Lane, Power Source President. The FASFEPA team is happy to facilitate this communication.

Shipping and Receiving
Due to limitations in secured storage space, the hotel will only accept packages as follows:
  • Boxes\packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and will be marked with the responsible party's name, Group name, plus "Hold for Arrival Date of 03/3125"
  • There will be a handling charge as follows:
    • Boxes up to 36" x 24" x 24 "  -   $5.00 per box
    • Larger boxes / display cases  -  $10.00 per box
    • Pallets  -  $100.00 per box
