The Instructional Support Personnel Scholarship is for paraprofessionals who are enrolled in a post-secondary teacher preparation program.
FASFEPA awards $2,500 scholarships to two (2) recipients in each of the five (5) FASFEPA Regions.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Employed at a Florida public Title I school in an instructional support role (e.g., paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, etc.), or in an instructional support role that is funded by a federal program (e.g., migrant advocate, etc.)
- Completed an Associates of Arts degree (A.A.) or a minimum of 60 hours of college credits
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution and majoring in Education

Completed application packets are to be returned to federal program personnel no later than January 24, 2025. After vetting the applications using the Scoring Criteria document, federal programs personnel submit up to two applications for this scholarship no later than February 14, 2025. A Scholarship award announcement will be sent to both the recipient and district by March 14, 2025.
